Our Process

1. Disaster Strikes

It’s never an opportune time, but we’ll be there to rapidly begin damage mitigation. Did you know, your insurance policy automatically allows us to begin emergency work? We will coordinate with your insurance company seamlessly and provide a fully detailed cost estimate that will enable your insurer to quickly approve the full scope of mitigation work.

2. Contents are Stored

As needed, Masters of Disaster will ensure the contents of your home or workplace are stored safely while the mitigation work is performed. Skipping ahead, after mitigation is complete, your space will need to be restored to its original condition. At that time, we will hand over the management of your stored belongings to you while restoration occurs should it be required.

3. Investigation & Monitoring

In addition to being certified disaster mitigation experts, we are experienced builders who will thoroughly investigate the source and extents of damage that occurred to your structure to ensure we completely mitigate all of it. We won’t rush in and out, but we won’t waste time either. We will monitor the process of mitigation using moisture meters and other tools as needed to know when our job is done.

4. Work is Complete

We will explain to you all the steps we took to remedy the damage to your property and present a certificate of completion.

5. Restoration

Your space is ready to be restored to its former glory. We can manage the restoration for you or turn the project over to you at this point.
